- Bilateral (= two-sided) CI fitting
- Accessories (FM system, flash alarm clock, induction systems, …)
- Information about batteries, disability pass, care allowance, insurance for hearing aids and implants, …
We guarantee the quality and impartiality of our advice:
- Personalised, competent and objective advice
- Provision of objective information
- Neutral advice: independence from companies and institutions (no individual CI companies or clinics are recommended)
- Neutral referral to specialised institutions (e.g. hearing aid acousticians, speech
speech therapists, federal social welfare office, …)
We guarantee total discretion and confidentiality!
Counselling is free of charge and is provided by volunteer members of the association.
Consultations at “Obere Augartenstr.26-28, 1020 Vienna” take place in the ÖCIG office or in a conference room!
