- Information about batteries, disability pass, care allowance, insurance for hearing aids and implants, …
We guarantee the quality and neutrality of the advice provided by:
- individual, competent and objective advice
- Providing objective information
- Neutral advice: Independence from companies and institutions (no individual CI companies or clinics are recommended)
- neutral referral to specialist institutions (e.g. hearing aid specialists, audiologists, speech therapists, Federal Social Welfare Office, …)
- Telephone consultation: Acute consultations also take place between 20-28, 1020 Vienna (telephone in the ÖCIG office in Vienna with a consultation session).
